Return and Refund Conditions: If you receive products with quality issues, such as wrong items or sizes, or any non-human damage, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods. All returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

  4. For returns, we will contact you upon receiving the returned product, confirm via email, and initiate a refund via PayPal (excluding shipping costs). Refunds for PayPal payments are credited immediately. For credit or debit card payments, it may take 3-7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
  5. For exchanges, we will dispatch a new item after receiving the returned product. We will confirm the exchange via email before shipment.
